Founded in 1978, Ningbo Shuangdun Textile Canvas Industrial Co., Ltd. is specialized in cotton OE knitting yarn and jeans yarn production, chemical fibre spinning, weaving, waxing and canopy making. It covers an area of 68,000 square meters and owns total assets of RMB 160 million and a staff of over 900.
       The company is situated in Yinzhou District of Ningbo in the coastal area of Zhejiang, just 12KM away from the urban district of Ningbo and 6KM from Ningbo Lishe Airport, enjoying advantageous position and transport.
       As one of the well-known canvas manufacturers and the key cotton textiles manufactory in Yinzhou District, the company passed ISO9001 quality system certification in 2000 and obtained the self-operated import & export rights in July 2002. “Shuangdun” OE cotton knitting and weaving yarn passed “ecological fibre products certification by China Fibre Testing Bureau”、OE cotton knitting yarn of "Shuangdun" brand has got the Belcoro quality yarns Certification.        In 2002, the company invested RMB 40 million to introduce RSB-D35 self-adjustable drawframes machines from Rieter company of Switzerland and AUTOCORO312 intelligent automatic rotary cup spinning machines from Schlafhorst/Saurer of Germany. With advanced management philosophy and scientific technique, it mainly produces “Shuangdun” high-grade natural OE cotton knitting and weaving yarn whose quality is up to 5-25% of Wooster Communique.
       At the end of 2004, the company invested 35 million yuan in importing the top grade high speed automatic rotor spinning machine - AUTOCORO360, which guarantees the spinning of high standard （OEC）OE COTTON knitting and weaving yarn.
       With an investment of over RMB 100 million, Fenghua Shuangdun Textile Industrial Co., Ltd was newly established in 2007. It has imported original Truetzschler automatic blowing & carding machines and Schlafhorst Autocoro 480 latest-type full-automatic rotor spinning machines, which specialize in producing high-end cotton OE weaving yarn as well as low-twist knitting yarn with annual output of more than 5000 ton yarns.
       The “Shuangdun” waterproof cloth includes plastic coated cloth, oil wax cloth, canvas cloth and organic silicon cloth, which are widely used in foodstuff, harbor, railway, storage, wharf, transport, etc.PVC plastic coated cloth produced by our company has passed the test of protective cloth by "Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of National Fire Equipment", and is within the standard.
       The company owns two waxing production lines with daily output of 40,000 oil wax cloth, two PVC plastics coating production lines with daily output of 30,000 plastic coated cloth, and four canopy making assembly lines with daily output of 8,000sq.m. awning cloth. “Shuangdun” is a famous trademark in Zhejiang.
